Brew 4 U – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to Brew 4 U, a mobile coffee stand providing premium coffee and beverages at various events across South Africa. By booking or purchasing from Brew 4 U, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment 2.1 All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or an official agreement. 2.2 A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking, with the balance due on or before the event date. 2.3 Payment methods include EFT, cash, or any other agreed-upon payment platform. 2.4 Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Services Provided 3.1 Brew 4 U offers a selection of hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. 3.2 Additional offerings such as iced drinks, frappés, and shaved ice are available upon request and subject to availability. 3.3 We provide a mobile coffee cart for indoor and outdoor events, festivals, markets, and private functions.
4. Venue and Access Requirements 4.1 The client must provide adequate space and access for the Brew 4 U mobile cart at the event location. 4.2 Access to electricity and water is preferred but not mandatory if prior arrangements are made. 4.3 Any permits or licenses required for serving beverages at specific venues must be arranged in advance by the event organizer.
5. Health and Safety 5.1 Brew 4 U follows strict hygiene and safety protocols in food preparation and handling. 5.2 Our team is trained in food safety and adheres to local health regulations. 5.3 Brew 4 U is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary concerns; customers must notify us of any allergies when ordering.
6. Liability and Indemnity 6.1 Brew 4 U shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during an event unless caused by gross negligence. 6.2 The client assumes responsibility for any damages to Brew 4 U’s equipment caused by event attendees or third parties.
7. Force Majeure 7.1 Brew 4 U is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, or government regulations. 7.2 If an event is postponed due to force majeure, we will attempt to reschedule at no additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property 8.1 All branding, logos, and marketing materials related to Brew 4 U remain the business’s intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
9. Amendments and Updates 9.1 Brew 4 U reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 9.2 Clients will be notified of any changes affecting confirmed bookings.
